Booking Policy

Rental Payment: 

  • Payment is due 30 days before your event date.

  • If your event has been booked within 30 days of your event date, invoices must be paid as soon as possible.

  • Non-payment may result in cancellation of the event. 

  • Payments must be paid using our digital invoicing system. Cash or check is no longer accepted.

Cancellations:

  • Cancellations require one month's notice.

  • Cancellations made within one month of event date may result in loss of payment. 

Website/Calendar:

  • Public events will be posted to our website and our paper calendar (time permitting).

  • Allow up to 5 business days for event information to be posted to our website or for any existing posting to be updated.

  • Event information received within 5 business days of the event date may not be posted to our website.

Event Logistics:

  • Allow up to 3 business days for email response to event related questions.

  • If you want advanced ticketing you must set up and manage at the door.

  • Do not load in before the beginning of your rental time. You must be loaded out by the end of your rental time.

  • Load in through the front door only. Absolutely no parking in the back of the building.

  • Shows must be reasonable in volume.
