Singer-songwriter Wiljeana Jackson Glover is excited to host a celebration of the release of her first single, “Horses,” on January 23, 2020. This event will feature Wiljeana supported by a talented crew of musicians and backup singers as she performs “Horses” and other original works, as well as opening performances by Missy Ducharme and Kendall Ramseur. Merchandise will be available for purchase before and after the show.
Singer/songwriter Wiljeana Jackson Glover carries a sound that eases the mind and lyrics that ignite the soul. Heavily influenced by her Christian and Georgia roots, she has performed with several gospel, choral, and spiritual ensembles over the years, including the Dougherty High School Chorale (Dr. Mark Butler, Director) and the Kuumba Singers of Harvard College (Sheldon K.X. Reid, Director). She has provided supporting vocals for live performances with legends like Nikki Giovanni and Angelique Kidjoe. She currently serves as a worship leader at her local church and led the church worship team in their first EP in 2017. Wiljeana is excited to share Horses, infused with gospel, soul, and country, as her debut single. She looks forward to an EP release later in 2020.
