Graeme Lister has been singing in Australia, Europe, UK and the USA over a number of genres for more than 50 years. His first love was Australian and Irish folk music, which he learned as a student in his home town of Melbourne, Australia. He spent many evenings at Frank Traynor’s Club in Melbourne, where many of the finest folk singers of the time sang regularly. He learned his Irish repertoire at the feet of. Brian Mooney, an Australian folk singer with deep Irish roots, who later became a local character in Galway, Ireland before returning to live in Tasmania. Graeme is currently performing gigs with his guitar in various venues in the Boston area.
