The Berklee NIKI Ensemble is composed of a rhythm section, horns, strings, and vocalists. We will be performing a wide selection of 12 NIKI songs from different EPs and albums arranged by our 6 arrangers. The production of the show is reminiscent of the Head In The Clouds music festival hosted by 88Rising.
We are the Berklee NIKI Ensemble, a student-led team, proudly presenting the music of NIKI, the ever-rising Indonesian pop star, and singer-songwriter. Our goal is to give voice to a community that is near and dear to our hearts, one that we feel is often underrepresented within mainstream media and even within the Berklee community. Asian American culture is one that is incredibly diverse and we want to showcase a piece of it through the music of one of the greatest female role models within the community.
