This class is approriate for all students, from beginners to advanced or seasoned yogis.
Prepare to relax and rejuvenate your body, mind, and spirit in this peaceful yoga class. Explore the guided practice of Hatha Yoga and experience a series of classical yoga asanas (physical postures), pranayama (breath control), yoga nidra and meditation.
Bring your own mat, blanket and/or blocks and dress comfortably.
Musical accompaniment on grand piano will be provided by Jesse Gallagher with selections from his album "The Inner Sound."
