Vivacious Music and Men & Volts co-founder Phil Kaplan are pleased to announce the release of Real Mahoots’ double album of all new songs, From Assam With Love and India, je t’aime.

Phil Kaplan continues and expands upon his signature brand of rhythms, blues, rock ‘n’ soul, enlisting his freshly forged new Men & Volts line-up that includes Baba Grantley Smith on drums, John Mulrooney on lap steel and dobro, Sam Potrykus on bass guitar and vocals, and featuring vocalists Meena Sundaram and Sumana Sinha, standing in for Parijoon Immy (aka singer Narmeen Iftikhar, hailing from the Assam region of India).
