The Gathering: Small Song x Salem June Band x Tyler’s NEW! Quintet

The Gathering consists of three acts that each manipulate time and space and different ways. 

Small Song is an ambient experimental group with Sylvia Khouri on flugel, trumpet, with effects, Tyler White on Bass Clarinet, Emeo, with effects, June Redmer on Guitar and effects, Althea Wincek on Keyboard, and Luana Brazzan on Cajon and Drum Set.

Salem June

is a composer and performer interested in all forms of weird music. Influenced by Contemporary Classical Composers, Free Jazz, Queer Theoretical Practices, and Punk Music Salem aims to blend all these aspects into a unique, visceral experience for the audience to witness and interact with. 

Tyler White

plays baritone saxophone, string instruments, and keyboards in jazz, improvised music, and Appalachian string-band music. Tyler’s NEW! Quintet references straight-ahead jazz, the avant-garde, and traditional music with a unique, chordless sound.
