The Gold Ounce is an instrumental funk-jazz group comprised of drums, guitar, and bass. Much like a jazz ensemble, The Gold Ounce reimagines, expands, and improvises over original tunes and standards. Our overall purpose is to stimulate the ears and spirit by embracing the joy and sense of discovery in our improvisations.
