From Santo Domingo, the capital city of the Dominican Republic, to Boston, the capital city of the State of Massachusetts in the United States, Amaury Cabral Jorge has touched multiple hearts with his music. In 2016 he was admitted to the "Conservatorio Nacional de Musica de Santo Domingo" (National Conservatory of Music of Santo Domingo), where he studied for four years in the Popular and Folkloric Music program with a concentration in Guitar Performance. In 2019 Cabral was selected as one winner of the AES scholarship, a presidential scholarship for the Berklee College of Music Five-Week Summer Performance Intensive program, and while attending this program he auditioned for the undergraduate program at this institution. He was accepted and offered a Full-Tuition Scholarship, completing a Bachelor of Music degree in 2025. Cabral has performed in major international venues such as the "Estadio Olimpico" in Santo Domingo, Scullers Jazz Club, Jimmy's Jazz and Blues, Keystone Corner, Dizzy's Club and Smalls Jazz Club, as well as renowned venues in Europe and South America with master musicians like Terri Lyne Carrington, Etienne Charles, Tia Fuller, and Mimi Jones among others. He has worked in recording sessions with musicians such as Mike Pope, Nate Smith, Randy Brecker and Geoffrey Keezer. Cabral actively performs in the American Northeast, introducing himself as an exciting and promising young voice on the guitar.
