A night of original music by local multi-instrumentalist and composer Emma Blanc! Get a sneak peek at the songs they'll be recording for their debut EP later this summer!
Emma Blanc is a Boston-based saxophonist, vocalist, and composer, whose music doesn't fit into a single genre, but tends to fall under the umbrella of jazz fusion with strong rock and R&B influences. They are a highly collaborative musician who thrives off of engaging and connecting with others, and who strives to create music that is both interesting and enjoyable to listen to. Blanc is currently working on their debut EP “Resection”, a collection of music that documents their journey with chronic pain over the past four years and how it has impacted them as an artist and as a person. Blanc hopes the themes in their music will resonate with a larger audience and foster a community of people who have gone through similar situations.
